Cancellation Policy

Once reservations are made, cancellations are not accepted within one week of the class. Cancellations made more than one week prior to the class can be made and refunds provided, however please note a fee of 7% will be charged to cover the non-refundable booking fees mon cadeau incurs. Children 8 years and older are welcome to participate, although please note that we do use a cutter to remove excess glue and putty so parents please ensure children are supervised when using the cutter - mon cadeau does not accept responsibility for any injuries incurred. Please refrain from being more than 5 minutes early or 15 minutes late. Please note that we are not responsible for any lacquer rash. If you are worried about rash, we suggest ensuring your forearms are covered. We have vinyl gloves available for use. Although most people don’t use an apron, please bring one if you are worried about your clothes. We don’t have parking or bicycle parking available, however there are places to park nearby.
